We’ve seen prospects from all over the world develop the game of basketball into something special many of which come over to the states to continue polishing their game and make a push at the ultimate goal of becoming a professional.

South Sudan? Becoming a huge basketball phenomenon and that is where enticing 2025 prospect Alier Maluk was born. Now residing in Baldwin, not too far out of Pittsburgh, Maluk has turned himself into one of the early risers in the young 2025 class, but, I don’t expect any slowing down from him.

Maluk is a dynamic two-way prospect, well known for his elite shot-blocking ability as he stands at 6’10 with a lengthy frame and an extremely high motor. He has put up numbers all season and recently had a five-block game.

At the start of the season, Maluk emphasized getting wins this season and his team has done just that. Despite even facing a minor ankle injury this season, Maluk has had a stellar sophomore campaign and his recruitment is a reflection of that.

Maluk briefly updated Stockrisers.com after his practice two days ago.
