Basketball is in Kingsley Rogers' blood.
His mother was a McDonald's All-American, while his father starred at Baylor. Now, Rogers is carving out his own path, and his growth has been on full display this summer.
Rogers has emerged as an impact player on both ends of the floor. The big guard has the versatility to defend nearly every position, while continuing to expand his offensive game. Whether creating for teammates or scoring himself, he's become a much more complete player.
The rising junior attends Williston Northampton School in Easthampton, Massachusetts. He developed into an important piece for the Wildcats this past season and is poised to step into a leading role during his junior campaign.
Playing with the PSA Cardinals this summer, Rogers averaged nearly 10 points and two steals per game while continuing to elevate his stock. His strong play has already earned him multiple Division I scholarship offers, and his recruitment continues to gain momentum.

Which schools are heavily involved?
“UAlbany, Utah, Notre Dame, New Mexico, Hofstra, and Rutgers.”
Notre Dame?
“I really like Coach Tre. He sees a lot in me not only as a player, but as a person. We’re building a good relationship. Notre Dame itself is a great school and a great background behind it.”
Rutgers?
“Rutgers, same as Notre Dame. Just building a good relationship with Coach Thompson and him always reaching out, checking up on me, also thoughts about my game.”
Utah?
“Utah is always sending me motivation quotes early in the mornings. So, waking up, reading those every day and him showing he cares a lot.”
Hofstra?
“Coach Drew is always showing me love. He calls me, making sure I’m good. Being from Long Island, he’s pushing on me a little bit more.”
You planning any visits?
“I might go on some in the fall. Been talking to Boston College, Syracuse, and Siena about some visits. So if I can go on those, I will.”
How would you best describe your game?
“I would say I like to guard at a high-level. If I can guard one of the best guards on the team, I will. I can also score at all three levels, and I’m a high-IQ player.”
How would you like to improve your game?
“Just keep working on my ball handling and getting to my spots more often. Most definitely just keep working and getting stronger.”
