Top-40 junior Bryce Hopkins hearing from many programs

After backing down his commitment from Louisville, Top-40 prospect Bryce Hopkins has heard from several programs, he told Stockrisers.com.

The list includes South Carolina, Michigan, Virginia, Kentucky, Texas, Georgia, Notre Dame, Indiana, Northwestern, Providence, he said.

Another program: Illinois. The hometown school will look to make a major push at him.

Just days after backing off of his commitment he already began the zoom call process. On Wednesday, he virtually met with Providence’s Ed Cooley in the afternoon. The Friars instantly offered him when he reopened his recruitment then got him on a zoom call with the staff.

Later that day, he virtually met with Kentucky’s John Calipari and staff. The Wildcats are already one of the heavy contenders according to many, to land Hopkins but he remains open and is hearing out all programs.

Indiana is working on a zoom call for this week.
