After a transfer into Georgia powerhouse McEachern this winter, Chance Moore became a hot-commodity amongst college programs across America. He currently leads busy recruitment which includes 15+ scholarship offers including ones from LSU, Clemson, Arkansas, Georgetown, amongst many others.

Moore, a 6-foot-5 guard, was planning on taking several visits but that was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic which hit us in February. For now, he will have to do his visits to how everyone else is doing them: virtually.

He says that recently he’s completed zoom calls with the staff of Arkansas and Georgetown, the most recent being with Patrick Ewing and the full Hoyas’ staff with the presence of Moore’s family.

“On the calls, they introduce me to the entire staff and they showed me all of the facilities and some of the academic buildings,” Moore said.

As far as the programs still involved, many are. He hasn’t cut down his list and said he doesn’t plan on doing anything like that. But, he did say four programs that are probably on him the hardest, he listed the following:

Arkansas, LSU, Georgia, and Georgetown.

”They have been showing me some clips of how they like to play and stuff like that. Also showed me former players and how they played when they were there.”

For his commitment timeline, he says it will come prior to his senior season, which could be soon.
