The live period begins today and five-star 2024 prospect and Texas native Dink Pate is expected to have plenty of programs expected to watch him play.

Today, Georgetown’s Pat Ewing, Auburn’s Bruce Pearl, and Arkansas’ Eric Musselman are expected in for Pate, a source told Stockrisers.com.

Next week, it continues.

Coaches from Kentucky, Texas, Kansas, Indiana, Texas A&M, UCF, Oregon, Houston, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, TCU, SMU, LSU, Miss. State, among those expected in for next week, the source added.

As a freshman at Pinkston (TX), Pate averaged nearly 18 points per game and was Dallas Morning News’ newcomer of the year. He recorded over 450 points in his first high school season. In his second? he didn’t disappoint.

Pate made the move to Prolific Prep for his sophomore season, and despite being one of the team's youngest players, Pate had an immense impact on the program but would wound up going back home to Texas halfway through the season.

He finished his season at Lancaster (TX) where he just continued where he left off at Prolific. A nice ending to his high school season led him to a handful of new scholarship offers during the live period this year. Coaches rave about this kid and he’s a prospect that I feel is extremely slept on and should be on every college coach and pro options radars.
