Utah Valley wing Isaiah White announced last week that he will opt to transfer and become a graduate transfer with one year left. With an outstanding skillset and 6-foot-7 205-pound frame, White has drawn intrigue from all different types of programs, many seriously involved with the 14.5 points per game scorer.
White told Stockrisers.com that he’s heard from Arizona, BYU, Arkansas, Alabama, Wake Forest, USC, Cincinnati, Weber State, amongst others. That includes speaking with Arizona’s Sean Miller, Arkansas’ Eric Musselman and BYU’s Mark Pope.
In addition, White says the newest programs involved in his recruitment is Missouri and Vanderbilt, both of which reached out to him yesterday. He has yet to cut down a list of schools as he is taking things slow as far as hearing programs out and he is still open.
As far as a decision timetable, he said the latest he will make a decision is in April, which is just under two weeks away so you can assume that things will advance over the next few weeks but that is more than enough time to hear from other programs.
