Ohio State transfer DJ Carton has heard from plenty of suitors, will begin process Monday

Former five-star guard DJ Carton announced his transfer last week and tells Stockrisers.com that he has no shortage of suitors.

Carton, averaged 10.3 points per game on 47% shooting. He played in 20 games in his first campaign before having his season cut short by a mental health situation, he ended up taking needed time off. Nevertheless, he was beneficial as the Buckeyes were ranked Top-five prior to his departure.

He’s heard from plenty of programs including Texas, Marquette, Louisville, Arkansas, Creighton, Texas Tech, Oregon, Alabama, Illinois, USC, Nebraska, Seton Hall, DePaul, Auburn, Oklahoma, Georgia Tech, amongst some others.

Carton has been in the process of moving out of Columbus during this outbreak so he hasn’t started speaking with schools yet but will do so this week. The former five-star, with many suitors will be able to work on finding himself a new home.
