Detroit native and former UNLV star Amauri Hardy told Stockrisers.com on Thursday that he will enter his name into the transfer portal in hopes of joining a possible high-major championship contender. Where it stands, it looks like things are heading in that direction for one of the Runnin’ Rebels top scorers.
Hardy averaged 14.5 points and shot 41% from the field and 33% from three as a junior. Many programs see his scoring ability as something that can bring immediate impact to a program. He’d see major minutes with any program he joins and on Friday, he found himself drawing tons of interest from 25+ programs.
The list includes Kentucky, Michigan State, Oregon, Arizona, Arizona St, Memphis, Arkansas, Maryland, Seton Hall, Missouri, Cincinnati, Butler, Marquette, Washington St, Wake Forest, TCU, and many others, Hardy told Stockrisers.com. He’s currently just two days into his name being into the portal and he’s already finding himself with potential options for his next destination.
