Jaden Jones is indeed a member of the 2021 class and is one of the youngest members of this current junior class.
PERSONAL SCOUTING REPORT:
“I am 16 [years old] and I am a playmaking big guard that can score on all three levels with a deep three ball and handle the ball very well. I can create for my teammates and open up mismatches all over the floor. Born a PG and played it all of my life but grew to 6’8 and now I play the two guard 90 percent of the game but I like to slide over to the one to run the team when needed. Im a team first player so I play where needed.”
He started his junior campaign at Prolific Prep but then transitioned into a move into St. Louis Christian Academy. He was off to an excellent start as he had two thirty-point games and note that he was playing on the Grind Session.
His recruitment has blossomed into a high-major one, holding recent offers from Arizona, Alabama, among others. Jones recently took an official visit, his second (first to SDSU), to Rutgers and said ‘I really enjoyed it’ after watching the Scarlett Knights defeated ranked Penn State in front of a sold-out crowd.
With official visit number two in the books, Jones said that he’s currently working on more visits. “I’m working on official visits with USC, LSU, and Alabama,” Jones said. As far as new schools interested he listed off the following schools:
“Ohio State, Iowa State, Missouri, Arkansas, Stanford, and K-State.”
