Pierre Brooks Jr. is one of the nation’s top-ranked juniors in Michigan. He’s ranked as a four-star prospect by 247Sports.com and has several suitors heavily pursuing him.
Most recently, Michigan’s Juwan Howard extended an offer to him. An offer that meant a lot to Brooks Jr.
“The Michigan offer meant a lot to me especially coming from Coach Juwan Howard. I had always kept in contact with the assistants but actually hearing that Juwan Howard wants me on his roster is crazy. He’s a great guy and a legend to this sport. I was honestly happy that he gave me an opportunity to come play for Michigan.”
Brooks Jr. has offers from Michigan State, Xavier, Iowa, Northwestern, and others.
He’s set up a visit to Xavier for February 22nd. He took an official to Northwestern earlier in the season and has taken several unofficials to local Michigan schools.
His recruitment is ‘Wide open’ he said, he has new interest from Stanford and Cincinnati and says that all schools that have offers extended are highly involved.
“It’s wide open, my recruitment is wide open and i’m open to all schools.”
Expect more offers to come for Brooks Jr.
