Peyton Watson is a known West Coast Priority, being pursued by UCLA, Washington, Arizona, and many other West Coast schools. Him being a Top-30 prospect, that also comes with the national attention, even from East Coast schools.
Michigan’s Juwan Howard met with him, Mississippi State coaches met with him, and he’s now even scheduling a visit to Virginia, he told Stockrisers.
“Washington, Arizona, Virginia, and Gonzaga, are on me the hardest right now,” Watson said. He’s already taken official visits to Arizona and Washington, both coming in September.
“Michigan and Mississippi State are the newest schools.”
In addition, Watson said that him and his family discussed the possibility of reclassifying but after all of those talks he’s decided that he will stay in the 2021 class.
Watson also recently participated in USA camp and said he really enjoyed it. Was a great experience for him.
Watson is listed as a 6-6 forward, and he plays for Long Beach Poly. He holds offers from Arizona, Maryland, several others.
