He was terrific for Nike Pro Skills this summer, leading his team while averaging 17.5 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 3.1 assists, KK Robinson became one of the 2020 classes top lead guards.
In mid-August, Robinson announced a top-seven of Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, Iowa State, Texas A&M, TCU, and Vanderbilt. He has taken official visits to TCU, Kansas, and Illinois, then heads to Arkansas next weekend.
“The past three visits have been amazing,” Robinson said.
“Just being able to build these relationships with the coaches and players and seeing the plan that they have for me in their program.”
His personal scouting report?
“I’m a quick guard who can facilitate for my team, but I could also score.” Very intriguing prospect for teams who weren’t involved in his recruitment but now are on the outside looking in.
Robinson says that DePaul and Louisville along with others have been in contact with his coaches recently but he doesn’t currently plan on taking anymore official visits.
As in terms of a decision, Robinson says he will commit in a month or two, with no date made as of yet.
