Breaking: Cam Hayes moves into 2020 class

Significant news out of the 2021 class, five-star guard Cam Hayes who was in the 2021 class is now opting to make a move to the 2020 class, his mother told Stockrisers. This is a move that has been anticipated and is now official.

Visits and schools involved.

Hayes took an unofficial visit to Louisville on August 3rd, an official visit to NC State this weekend, Louisville the weekend [21-23] once again, then ends his spree at Florida State [27-29] at the end of the month.

Wake Forest, Maryland, Florida State, Arkansas, Texas Tech, Louisville, NC State, Virginia. North Carolina showing interest again, Indiana also now involved.

— Tennessee out due to commitment from other.

Why The Move?

“The majority of the schools recruiting Cam wanted him for 2020. He has the credits needed to graduate in his original class, and he’s happy with his recruitment so there is no need to do an extra year in high school. As a family, we feel that Cam is ready to come out in 2020,” his mother told Stockrisers.

Timetable for a decision?

“Cam plans to make a decision prior to the start of his high school season so that he can focus on his senior year and enjoy his last year of high school,” his mother told Stockrisers.
