He best describes his game as “an all-around game. I am a big-strong combo guard and an elite shooter that can shoot it from anywhere on the court but I am also very versatile. I can attack the rim at a high level, and lock up on defense at the other end.”
He’s been considered more of a sleeper player, under-the-radar, but recently he’s shown his worth at camps and at the end of AAU season, and now mid/high-majors are starting to get involved.
“Georgia, Vanderbilt, Brown, Northwestern, *Auburn, Florida, Kentucky, and Providence are among the new serious interests,” Oglesby said.
*He unofficially visited Auburn in March
“I recently just received an offer San Jose State and I’m expecting an offer from Cincinnati, but all of the schools that have offered are still heavily involved.”
Among those that have offered Oglesby are the following: Wake Forest, DePaul, Yale, South Florida, Old Dominion, Wisconsin-Milwaukee, High Point, and North Florida. Oglesby also says he will cut down his list to five at some point and he will sit down with his father to discuss his official visits.
