He completely dominated with EYBL Meanstreets this weekend, four-star junior DJ Steward, was easily the best scorer on the circuit this weekend.

He put up 46 one game, 37 the game before that, and finally 29 the game prior to those two. He just outplayed everyone, completely dominated, also hit a game winner to defeat Vegas Elite, one of the best on the circuit.

With that, he ended the weekend with two new offers, Indiana and Wake Forest.

His recruitment was already blooming over the past few months, he broke it all down with Stockrisers.

“Texas, Louisville, Indiana, Illinois, Notre Dame, and Northwestern are on me the hardest right now,” Steward said.

He also broke down each school:

Texas- A great school, Coach Shaka stays in contact and Coach Berry does too, they both say I can have a immediate impact in the program.

Louisville- Have been on me for a while now, just recently offered not too long ago, they’re saying I can be a great player at Louisville and have an impact right away.

Illinois- Home state school, say I can help rebuild the program and fulfill Ayo’s role once he leaves and do the same thing he’s doing.

Notre Dame- They have told me I can be a great player there, and play against the top teams in the ACC and have a great chance of going to the NBA.

Northwestern- Coach Collins and Coach Dildy stay in contact, and say I can have a great impact and help rebuild the program and get better and play my game, and be a pro in the NBA.

He also has three teams with heavy interest: Duke, Maryland, and Virginia.

Virginia, is just waiting to pull the trigger off of who comes back and who doesn’t come back from declaring for the draft.

Maryland, says I’m a great player and I can have a immediate impact to the program and be an NNA player, and be coached by someone who was a Point guard.

Duke, just basically explained there situation with the commitment with Jeremy Roach and said they are highly interested in me and have been impressed with my level of play, and that I have to get to Know Coach K better and build relationships with them.
