Caleb Furst is one of the best forwards in the 2021 class. He’s become a national priority especially around the Big Ten. On the circuit this summer he showcased his abilities with Indy Heat, it lead him to several high major offers and that’s going to continue.
He currently holds offers from Indiana, Purdue, Ohio State, Butler, Northwestern, and Iowa.
Visit wise he has visited Michigan (1/6), Purdue (2/3), and Indiana (2/10).
He has now also booked three more unofficial visits. Next weekend Furst will take an unofficial visit to Michigan State when they play host to Ohio State.
The weekend after that Furst heads to Northwestern for an unofficial visit. Finally, the second week of March, Furst will take an unofficial visit to Ohio State, who’s already offered him.
“The schools recruiting the hardest are mainly the ones that I have offers from (IU, Purdue, Butler, OSU, Iowa, and Northwestern) but Michigan and MSU have been in contact with me and my parents quite a bit as of recent as well,” Furst said.
His game is unique, it’s lead him to become a top-10 prospect in his class. He’s best described himself as “a stretch four type of game. I can play inside and out, I have a high motor and like to go up and down, and when I get rebounds I like to push, either out-letting to a guard or taking it myself.”
