Fresh off scoring 50 points, Luke Kasubke discusses his recruitment, recent Illinois offer.

Chaminade’s got one of the more underrated offensive players in the 2020 class. Like Kasubke had a dominant month of December including his most recent performance where he scored 50.

Recently he picked up an offer from Illinois after assistant Jamall Walker watched him play against other UI target Caleb Love.

“Yeah so I’ve been talking to coach walker for a long time and they came to the CBC game and offered me a day after that. I went to a game last year too,” Kasubke said.

“Yeah i think they are [on the rise] and I know they got Ayo [Dosunmu] and have some good recruits coming in for this year’s class.

As for the others involved, “K-State and Xavier are recruiting me the hardest right now.”

He also says he currently has no visit plans.
