Top-20 Junior MarJon Beauchamp discusses his recruitment and potential official visit to a Pac-12 school.

He’s ranked top-30 by every outlet and was one of the most dominant players during AAU this summer, MarJon Beauchamp made his move to Rainer Beach where he now plays his high school ball. He landed offers from Arizona, UCLA, and many more but says “the recruitment has slowed down since AAU ball,” Beauchamp told Stockrisers.

He took his first official visit to Washington, spoke very positively on Washington: “UW is real close to home, got a close relationship with every coach and they are like family. My Official Visit was wonderful and I’ve definitely opened my mind to what they’re trying to do.”

Among the other schools on Beauchamp, the hardest are Sean Miller and the Arizona Wildcats. Beauchamp said he’s currently planning an official visit there that could occur in either January or February, here’s what he had to say on Arizona: “We have a pretty good relationship and I talk to one of the coaches almost every day and I can tell they really want me and that’s a great feeling.”

Wayne Tinkle has also been on Beauchamp a lot, has seen him play multiple times and is on the top-20 forward really hard. Here’s what Beauchamp had to say about Oregon State: “They have a good relationship with my dad and I can tell they really want me also and they have a good program and we talk often and we are also gonna schedule a visit soon.”

Finally, Beauchamp’s most recent offer, the UCLA Bruins. He discussed his thoughts on one of the top team’s in the Pac-12: “I Have a good relationship with the assistants and that was my recent offer and they have a great program and we are gonna schedule a visit soon also, not sure when though.”
