Rocket Watts: “He’s fully committed,” says his former coach.

Rocket Watts, the 30th ranked player in the 2019 class didn’t sign his NLI this period, according to many close to him.

After talking with Craig Covington, someone who’s really close to Watts, he told Stockrisers that “Rocket is still 100% fully committed to Michigan State.” As for theories, I’d think Watts wanted to wait till next period so he can go home and sign in Detroit where he was born and raised.

Spire begins a road trip to Atlanta today that they’ve been prepping for the past few weeks, including during the early period.

As of now, there was no report of him signing it. Now, still being told he didn’t. But as I said earlier Watts loves the program, there are other things that factor into players and when they sign.
